Ascenza partners with Wovex to deliver Benefits Realisation education to the University of Auckland.

Ascenza New Zealand and Wovex have partnered to deliver Benefits Realisation Management education to the University of Auckland.

In a post-Covid-19 environment, the investment appetite in New Zealand is being challenged. Stakeholders are demanding a more measured investment approach. It is no longer just a “cost” conversation.

Our benefits realisation education framework will help masters students be better prepared for conversations about tangible business outcomes. Customers want to ensure they choose the right projects, business cases have measurable benefits, and those benefits can be governed and tracked.

This Benefits Management framework will help students work with projects, regardless of business, technical or analytical backgrounds. Students will use benefits realisation management to optimise benefits from projects and change.

Wovex and Ascenza worked together to provide a complete education package for students and teachers.  The educational package includes access to benefits management technology (benefits mapping),  practical hands-on experience, student mentoring, teacher support and ongoing development of the module material to ensure it remains in-step with market trends.

“This new Benefits Realisation module is providing our masters students with an opportunity to take their professional practice to a new level.”    Erik van den Top – Professional Teaching Fellow, University of Auckland.
